HR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (JUNIOR/ SENIOR, NEAR PUTRA LRT)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any discipline
  • Senior - At least 3 to 5 years of recruitment working experience in recruiting for any organisation.
  • Junior - At least 1 to 2 years working experience in any field.
  • Good Knowledge and understanding of Engineering requirement spectrums.
  • Good Talent searching skills.
  • Fresh Graduate are NOT encourange to apply.


RESPONSIBILITIES

5 DAYS WORK
BASIC SALARY + COMMISSION + INCENTIVE = Minimum RM3000.00 - RM6000.00+++
Recruitment Management
  • Generating new accounts – Enquiries via emails / incoming calls
  • Meeting Recruitment targets based on monthly projected figures
  • Prepare proposal documents and quotations, negotiate fees comply with company policy approvals and discounts allowed and issue business terms.
  • Responsible for Talent sourcing and selection.
  • Effectively and efficiently to fill up the open positions in order to achieve individual KPI.
