HR & ADMIN MANAGER (BANGSAR - RM7000)



Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
2. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Well verse with Malaysian Labour Law. e.g. Employment Act, IR Act and other related legistration.
4. A hands-on HR practitioner.
5. Candidate with experience in Easy Pay Enterprise would be an added advantage.
6. Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Power Point.
7. Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of employees.
8. Initiative, resourceful and self-motivated.
9. Able to work independently and is good team player.
10. Preferably proficient in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide the full spectrum of HR services such as staffing, recruitment activities, compensation and benefits, performance management, leave management, disciplinary and counseling, employee relation, staff training and other HR functions.
2. Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance to statutory requirement.
3. Assist in developing and ensuring the compliance of the Company's policies, procedures and rules and regulations by the employees.
4. Ensure staff database are properly updated in systems. To organize proper record keeping and filling of staff correspondences and documents.
5. Responsible for office general administration tasks.
6. Handle other related duties as Management may require from time to time.
E.g. team building program, incentive trip, family day, salary survey, etc.
