Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements, financial reports and any other information for management, shareholders, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
- Perform detailed quantitative analysis of existing business segment activities, periodic analysis and benchmarking against competitors performance.
- Ensure compliance across Group's business and other statutory standards by analyse, interpret and assist to disseminate various accounting standards, statutory and other regulatory obligations.
- Prepare the accounts, budget, forecast, costing, ensuring the availability of accurate accounting information for Management reference and to implement company accounting policies & procedures.
- Participate in Management Information projects, be proactive in identifying and promoting improvement opportunities in reporting process and systems and is responsible to troubleshoot any issues arising there from.
- Liaise with the tax agents and external auditors for the Group’s tax and audit issues
- Involve in any other adhoc assignments that may be required by Management.
